若い女はどうか知らんが、おばちゃんプログラマーは重宝する。

若い男が面倒なのは、妙に向学心とプライドがあって、妙な実装
をしたがる。んで自分流でやりたがる。そして打たれ弱い。

おばちゃんは、知ってる実装しかそもそもやらないから、設計を
預けたあと、問題があればいの一番に文句言ってくるし、設計に
問題がなきゃ、延々何時間でも同じように作業してくれる。

あと、お菓子くれる。若い奴はお菓子くれない。そこがダメ。
